This transparency statement allows you to get a reliable picture of our organization and our structures. In this context, with the publication of our Annual Report 2014, we will become part of the global civil society organization Transparency International which is leading the fight against corruption.

3. Information on Tax Concessions

 

Our main objective is to promote education (§52 para. 2 sentence 1 no (s). 7 AO) as well as the promotion of civic engagement (§52 para. 2 sentence 1 no (n). 25 AO) domestically and abroad. According to the decision of the tax authority in Bergisch Gladbach from March 13, 2014 (tax number 204/5827/0597), we are exempted from paying corporate tax, taken into account our statutes in accordance with §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO, according to § 5 para. 1 no. 9 of the Enterprise Income Tax Law in Germany and according to § 3 Nr. 6 of the Trade Tax Law of the Business Tax and Profit, we are entitled to receive donations. This enables us to achieve the earlier mentioned aims and objectives, as well as funding contributions tax receipts according to the officially prescribed form (§ 50 Abs. 1 EStDV). 4. Name and essential decision makers

 

As the managing partner of AMAIDI International gGmbH, Tanja Siebert is solely entitled to make decisions and sign documents. The Regional Coordinator and the Central Management, which have to make binding decisions for AMAIDI, meet regularly. Sessions are recorded. Questions are answered at AMAIDI in a reasonable time. The financial statements are solely signed by the managing partner.
